Zac and Tim were really nice and came fast to help us with a broken pipe. After, Zac took the time to figure out what was making a noise in my bathroom. 3 other plumbers before him could not help me solve this mystery, but he found the problem!

We have developed a great relationship with Arnold’s as they’ve been out to our house multiple times. Completely replaced our drain lines. They squeeze us in if ever they can. They do really honest work, and their prices are fair.

Devin and Steven did a great job installing the hot water tank and both are very polite.When they first came out for an estimate, they explained what they would be doing.and when we agreed to have Arnold’s install a new hot water tank they asked what brand we preferred. Also, on both visits I received a text when they were on the way and when they were finished. The cost was over 20% less than several other estimates we had received.

Update 12/11/25: We were contacted by the owner, Zac, who took full accountability and came out to clean up our yard. I also acknowledge that I should have reached out to Arnold's Plumbing prior to leaving my review to see what could be done to fix things. As it turns out, there was some miscommunication and we should have been told that we were to contact them after the dirt had settled a bit so they could come back to smooth things out and make it more presentable. The guys really are friendly, and we were impressed with the effort they made to clean things up and smooth out the dirt as much as they could. After this experience, I really do feel these guys deserve 5 stars, and I would absolutely recommend them to others! If you have issues or there's a miscommunication somewhere, don't hesitate to contact Zac as he and his awesome team will make things right. Thank you! My husband and I bought a house that we knew was going to need 2 of 3 plumbing lines replaced due to bellies and holding water. We ultimately hired Arnold's Plumbing to do the work, which turned out to be a big mistake. The guys are nice, but I cannot recommend them for a big project. When they left our home, not only did they leave giant hills and mounds of red dirt, but they left other trash mixed in to the red dirt including Gatorade bottles and broken pipe pieces along with long pieces of rebar from our retaining wall they had to dismantle to complete the project. A few months later, whenever it rained, the tub in our second bathroom started burping up red dirt water and the toilet started to leak at the base. My husband checked outside and found they had left the clean-out half open when they had run their cameras through previously, so we had them come out to check what was going on as we thought it might be related to the clean-out not being fully closed and being completely full of water. They ran their camera again and informed us that now this third line (that they had not worked on befo
